What is Crossfit?

A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.

STRENGTH

We believe everyone should participate in a form of strength training and we are here to make it more accessible, structured and social.

Our strength training is focused around compound movements using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements.

If desired we can progress on to more advanced movements such as Olympic Lifting and advanced bodyweight exercises.

All progress can be tracked via the Fitr Training App.

METCON

This is where we increase the intensity and speed of the compound movements and push your body to the maximum to create a metabolic effect (burn calories).

This conditioning will compliment our strength training at the end of the class.

NUTRITION

We can provide you with simple strategies which can be applied to your lifestyle and help you reach your goal.

  • Muscle gain
